Not another thing to fit in. Just space, held for you, to pause and breathe out for a while.
If this is calling you →
with nothing asked of you beyond turning up.
It's rooted in the Anchor Method™ and the rhythm of the Celtic Medicine Wheel, so each gathering is shaped by the season and whatever the women in the room are quietly carrying that day.
The Anchor Method™ is the simple rhythm underneath everything Steph offers.
A gentle way of finding your way back to yourself, one step at a time.
You can come once, or make it a rhythm.
Either way, it meets you exactly where you are. 🌿
You land in the space, exactly as you are. It opens gently with drumming and an intention for the gathering.
A guided journey to bring you fully into your body, while the outside world starts to quiet.
A practice or reflection, shaped by what the season is asking, based on the Celtic Medicine Wheel.
Space to put something into words, in writing, in silence, or with the group, never forced. You share only what you choose.
A gentle close of the space and our time together, sending you back into your life a little lighter.
You feel stretched and a little disconnected, curious about something deeper but unsure where to start, and drawn to nature, stillness, and the company of other women, whether you've done this kind of work before or not at all.
This is a space to slow down and explore, not to be fixed.
The support from Steph and the support from the group is really important. Sharing your journey with others and hearing the challenges and struggles that they have, makes you feel that you're not on your own.
Steph has a rare ability to guide without leading, and to hold space without filling it. I left feeling calmer, more connected to myself, and deeply grateful for the experience. It was a reminder of the power of stillness, intention and being witnessed with kindness.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steph's circles to anyone seeking a safe, nurturing space for reflection and reconnection.

Held locally in the Ashby area, indoors or outdoors depending on the season. Small, intentional, and unhurried.
The same shape, adapted for the screen, for anyone in the UK who can't attend in person. A real experience, not a lesser one.
No commitment, no minimum. Come once, or come every month.
Steph spent years as a CFO in the corporate world, holding everything together on the outside while quietly disconnecting from herself underneath. She knows that particular tired well, because it used to be her life.
She's spent a year walking her own journey around the Celtic Medicine Wheel, and she's also a Certified Sacred Ritual Guide (IAWP). Further training includes Sister Stories Circle Facilitation, and she's currently training as a shamanic practitioner.
She's walked her own way back, slowly and genuinely, through the Anchor Method™ and the practices she now holds space for.
This is guiding, not guru.
She isn't ahead of you, she's simply a little further along the same path.
There's no deadline here, and nothing you need to decide today. If something in this has quietly landed, that's worth trusting.
