What actually happens at a women's circle?
If you've never been to one, the idea can feel mysterious. Here's what an evening at The Gentle Pause really looks like, from arriving to leaving.

Come home to the woman beneath the shoulds
Life has a way of filling every available space. The days become full of responsibilities, deadlines, conversations, caring for others, and holding everything together, until somewhere along the way you begin to lose sight of yourself within it all.
From the outside, life may look absolutely fine. You are capable, dependable, the person people naturally turn towards. Yet beneath all of that there may be a quiet feeling that something no longer fits in the way it once did.
The Anchor Path doesn't ask you to become someone new. It helps you remember who you already were, before the noise, before the shoulds, before the striving.
You don't need to change who you are to feel grounded. You just need to slow down enough to hear yourself again.
The Anchor Method™ is the simple rhythm underneath everything Steph offers, shaped by the seasons of the Celtic Medicine Wheel and designed to fit real life, not an ideal version of it.
A gentle way of finding your way back to yourself, one step at a time.
Perhaps you've been curious about something deeper for a while, but it has all felt too big, too mystical, or too far from who you are. Perhaps you've tried things before that asked you to do more, be more, keep up. This is not that.
Not another system to follow.
Not another thing to get right.
A way to finally come home to yourself.
Everything here begins gently. A few hours set aside. A report that recognises you. A landscape that holds you. You can't get this wrong, and you don't need to arrive with anything except yourself.
Each one stands on its own. Each one meets you exactly where you are.
A few hours, set aside, to come back to yourself. A monthly women's circle held in the Ashby area, or online from anywhere in the UK. Pay as you go, no commitment, no minimum.
If this is calling you →A personalised Human Design chart reading, delivered as a 15 to 20 page report written in plain English within 5 working days. Not another personality test. A quiet, overwhelming sense of recognition.
You'll be surprised by what you read. Not because it flatters you, but because it recognises you.

Steph spent years as a CFO in the corporate world, holding everything together on the outside while quietly disconnecting from herself underneath. She knows that particular tired well, because it used to be her life.
She's spent a year walking her own journey around the Celtic Medicine Wheel, and she's also a Certified Holistic Wellbeing Coach and Sacred Ritual Guide (IAWP). Further training includes Sister Stories Circle Facilitation, and she's currently training as a shamanic practitioner.
She's walked her own way back, slowly and genuinely, through the Anchor Method™ and the practices she now holds space for.
This is guiding, not guru.
She isn't ahead of you, she's simply a little further along the same path.

It's not another system to follow. It's a way to finally come home to yourself.
In-person gatherings are held in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch area of Leicestershire, indoors or outdoors depending on the season, and are within easy reach of Swadlincote, Coalville, Burton upon Trent, and the wider Leicestershire and South Derbyshire area. Online gatherings, Human Design readings, and the blueprint reports are available to women anywhere in the UK.
No. You do not need any experience with ritual, meditation, or the Celtic Medicine Wheel. Some women arrive already walking a spiritual path, others simply know they are tired of feeling disconnected and want space to breathe again.
Both belong here.
The Anchor Method™ is the simple rhythm underneath everything Steph offers: Still, Anchor, Listen, Peace. A gentle way of finding your way back to yourself, one step at a time, in micro-moments that fit real life.
Most women begin with The Gentle Pause, the monthly pay-as-you-go gathering, because there's no commitment and no minimum. You can come once, or make it a rhythm. Others start with Your Anchor Blueprint, or step straight into the Finding Your Eden retreat.
Wherever you begin, it meets you exactly where you are.
If you're unsure where to begin, or simply want to hear a friendly voice before deciding anything, that's very welcome here.
