There's a particular kind of tired that comes from holding everything together for everyone else. Steph knows it well, because she lived it for years before any of this began.
She spent years as a CFO in the corporate world, capable and reliable on the outside, while quietly disconnecting from herself underneath. The pace was relentless, and somewhere along the way she lost touch with her own voice.
After leaving that role, she trained as a Certified Holistic Wellbeing Coach with IAWP, ready to support other women through the same kind of change.
It was attending retreats herself that changed the direction of everything. She watched women shift more deeply in those few days than any amount of coaching had ever managed, and she knew this was the work she wanted to hold.
What followed was a year spent walking her own journey around the Celtic Medicine Wheel, alongside further training as a Certified Sacred Ritual Guide (IAWP) and in Sister Stories Circle Facilitation.
She's currently training as a shamanic practitioner. Earth & Soul Work, deeper shamanic practice and ceremony, will sit alongside the rest of what she offers as that training completes.
The coaching training is still part of her, woven quietly into how she holds space.
But she sees this work as guiding, not coaching, and certainly not guru.
There is nothing here to fix, only space to return to what's already there.
She founded The Anchor Path, and at the centre of it sits the Anchor Method™. It moves through four stages.
Recognising that genuine solitude has been missing.
Building real practices that hold you.
Hearing your own voice beneath everyone else's.
Not an endpoint but a way of being you grow into.
It's a spiral rather than a line, one you return to again and again, never a box to tick.
Based in Ashby de la Zouch, Steph holds gatherings and retreats locally, and works with women online across the UK.
If something in this feels familiar, there's no rush to decide anything today.
The anchor is within you, and it always has been.
