Finding Your Eden

Come home to yourself in nature

Tuesday 22nd to Thursday 24th September 2026The Wye Valley & Forest of Dean

A 3 day residential retreat for women who are ready to step away from the pace and pressure of everyday life, and give themselves something that often feels impossible to find, real space to simply be.

Three days and two nights near Ledbury, in an intimate circle of just eight women.

A gentle invitation

Come home to the garden within

This is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have become quieter beneath the layers of responsibility, expectation, and the constant pull of everyday demands. Held within the beauty of the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean, Finding Your Eden offers you time to soften, reconnect, and find steadier ground beneath your feet.

The Garden of Eden is often spoken about as somewhere lost, a paradise left behind or a place outside of ourselves that we spend our lives searching for.

We see it differently.

We believe Eden is something you already carry within you, a place of original peace that existed before the world told you who you needed to be, before life became so busy, and before you learned to place yourself at the bottom of your own list.

For three days you will be held by nature, ceremony, rhythm, and community, giving yourself the rare opportunity to slow down enough to hear what has been waiting beneath the noise of everyday life. Whether you are taking your first steps inward or have been walking a spiritual path for years, you will be met exactly where you are.

You arrive searching, you leave remembering.

The quiet feeling underneath

What becomes possible when you give yourself the space to slow down?

Life has a way of filling every available space, often without us even noticing it happening. The days become full of responsibilities, deadlines, conversations, caring for others, keeping things moving, and holding everything together, until somewhere along the way we begin to lose sight of ourselves within it all.

From the outside, life may look absolutely fine. You are capable, dependable, and the person people naturally turn towards. Yet beneath all of that there may be a quiet feeling that something no longer fits in the way it once did, a sense that you have become disconnected from something difficult to name.

Not because anything is wrong.

Not because you need fixing.

But because somewhere beneath the noise, you miss the feeling of being fully connected to who you are.

You miss stillness. You miss breathing deeply. You miss those moments where you feel connected to something larger than the endless rhythm of doing and giving and managing.

Perhaps you cannot fully explain it. You simply know that something inside you is asking for more space.

Another rhythm

A gentle invitation to step into another rhythm

Finding Your Eden is not about escaping your life. It is about creating enough space to hear yourself clearly again and reconnect with what feels true beneath the noise of everyday life.

Held in a beautiful retreat home near Ledbury, surrounded by the landscapes of the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean, this three day immersive experience invites you into a different rhythm.

A slower rhythm. A quieter rhythm.

A rhythm that allows your nervous system to soften and your own inner wisdom to begin speaking again.

There is no pressure to become someone new here. Only an invitation to reconnect with what has always been there.

The retreat home

This space may be for you if...

You have reached a point where life feels full, perhaps too full, and whilst you continue showing up for everyone around you, there is a quiet sense that somewhere along the way you have become disconnected from yourself.

You may already have begun exploring your inner world, reading books, attending circles, following threads of curiosity that seem to call to you without fully understanding why. Or perhaps this is entirely new, and all you know is that something inside you is asking for space, stillness, and something deeper than the pace you have been living within.

You may feel drawn to nature and not entirely know why, only recognising that you feel different when you are beneath trees, beside water, or standing in places where the world feels quieter.

You may be carrying responsibilities that make taking three days for yourself feel difficult, perhaps even impossible. The thought of stepping away from work, family, routines, and all the things you hold together may bring guilt as much as excitement.

You may also feel a little uncertain. Wondering whether this is really for you. Wondering whether you need to be more spiritual, more experienced, or somehow more ready before saying yes.

Please know that you do not need to arrive with knowledge, experience, or certainty. You simply need to arrive as you are.

Because Finding Your Eden is not asking you to become someone different. It is offering you space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become quieter beneath the noise of everyday life.

Three days, held for you

What becomes possible when you give yourself the space to slow down?

A woodland path lined with fallen logs, light falling through the trees

Imagine waking without rushing towards the day ahead, stepping outside and feeling the cool morning air against your skin as the world gently wakes around you.

Imagine moving through your day without needing to organise, manage, hold, or anticipate everyone else's needs.

Imagine remembering what it feels like to hear your own thoughts clearly again.

Throughout your time together, you will be gently guided through experiences that invite you back into relationship with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet wisdom that often becomes difficult to hear amongst the noise of everyday life.

You may leave with
  • A deeper connection to what feels true and meaningful within your life
  • Gentle practices and tools that can continue supporting you long after the retreat ends
  • A renewed relationship with nature that feels grounding, comforting, and alive
  • Meaningful connections with women who simply understand, without needing explanation
  • A steadier sense of calm and clarity that continues to support you long after you return home
  • A feeling that something within you has quietly settled into place, not because you became someone new, but because you gave yourself the space to reconnect with what was already there

Women who simply understand.

Who holds this

Your guides for the journey

The spaces we enter matter, but so do the people who hold them.

Finding Your Eden has been created by two women who understand what it means to lose yourself amongst the demands of life, and what it means to slowly find your way back again.

Whilst each of us walks a different path, we share a deep belief that growth and reconnection happen through space, nature, and gentle presence.

You don't need to know how to do this

One of the things we hear most often is uncertainty around whether someone is "ready", whether they need more experience, more spiritual knowledge, or more understanding before joining a retreat like this.

Please know that none of that is needed here.

You do not need to understand the Celtic Medicine Wheel. You do not need experience with ceremony or meditation practices. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you hope to find.

This retreat meets you exactly where you are.

Some women arrive already walking a spiritual path and looking to deepen their connection. Others simply know they are tired of feeling disconnected and want space to breathe again.

Both belong here.

The only thing we ask is that you come willing to give yourself permission to receive.

Gentle reassurance

You may be wondering...

I've never done anything like this before

Many of the women who feel drawn to Finding Your Eden arrive feeling exactly the same way. Some have been exploring their inner world for years, whilst others simply know they are longing for more space and stillness.

There is nothing you need to know before you come. You simply need to arrive as you are.

Three days feels like a long time to be away

Stepping away from work, family, and responsibilities can feel enormous, particularly if you are someone who is used to holding so much for others.

This is not about stepping away from your life. It is about creating enough space to return feeling more present within it.

I feel nervous about shared accommodation

The retreat home has been chosen carefully to feel warm and welcoming, whilst also allowing room for quiet moments alone when you need them.

There will be space for togetherness. And there will be space simply to be.

Kind words

In their own words

One of my biggest breakthroughs was learning to trust and let go.

With Steph's support, I feel calmer, more settled, and clearer about where I'm taking things. One of my biggest breakthroughs was learning to trust and let go.

I'm sleeping better, exercising more regularly, and feel much more grounded overall.

Rachel

Steph has a rare ability to guide without leading, to hold space without filling it.

Steph has a rare ability to guide without leading, and to hold space without filling it. I left feeling calmer, more connected to myself, and deeply grateful for the experience. It was a reminder of the power of stillness, intention and being witnessed with kindness.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steph's circles to anyone seeking a safe, nurturing space for reflection and reconnection.

Katie

A gentle invitation

There will always be reasons to wait. Life will always ask something of you. There will always be responsibilities to hold, lists to finish, and reasons why another time may feel easier.

But sometimes there is a quieter voice beneath all of that. A feeling. A knowing. A gentle pull towards something difficult to explain.

If you have found yourself reading these words and feeling that quiet nudge inside you, perhaps this is simply an invitation to listen.

Finding Your Eden is not asking you to become someone new. It is simply an invitation to come back into relationship with the woman who has been there all along.

You arrive searching, you leave remembering.
