For years, I lived the life I thought I "should." A successful career. A loving marriage
A busy schedule filled with responsibilities and expectations. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But inside? I felt like I was losing myself.
The stress of work, health struggles, and the fog of perimenopause left me exhausted, anxious, and questioning everything. I smiled, I pushed through, I held it all together, but quietly I was asking: "Is this it? Is this all there is? But what about me?"
My turning point came when I realised that no diet, no productivity hack, no new routine was going to "fix" me. What I truly needed wasn't more doing, it was more being. I needed space to pause, listen, and reconnect with the woman I had buried under years of should, pressure, and self-judgment.
Through small, grounding practices, I found my way back. I learned how to pause, listen, and trust myself again. My health improved, my energy returned, and for the first time in years, I felt like me.
That's why I created The Gentle Journey, not from theory, but from lived experience and the privilege of walking alongside other women who are longing for the same reconnection.

For years, I was the woman who held it all together on the outside while quietly feeling lost on the inside. The stress, the “should,” the weight of responsibility. They all pulled me further away from myself until I barely recognised who I was.
Through small, grounding practices and giving myself space, I found my way back. I learned how to pause, listen, and trust myself again and the difference was life-changing. My health improved, my energy returned, and for the first time in years, I felt like me.
That personal journey inspired me to train as a Holistic Wellbeing Coach (IAWP), and deepen into practices as a Sacred Ritual Guide . I've also created My Sisters Hub, a community for women who come together to connect, laugh, and support each other in everyday life.
These experiences have shown me one thing again and again: when women are given simple practices, safe spaces, and gentle support, something shifts. They reconnect. They find trust in themselves again. They remember who they are.

In between calls, you’ll receive gentle journal prompts and encouragement, so you feel guided and connected without overwhelm.
Absolutely. The Anchor Path is about gentle, grounding practices that fit into everyday life. You don't need to be spiritual (or have any prior experience) to feel at home here, just open to giving yourself a little space and support.
Not at all. You're always in choice. The group sessions are about feeling supported and gently guided, there's no pressure to share more than feels right for you.
Life happens. If you miss a session, you'll still receive the journal prompts and guidance for that stage, so you can continue with the journey.
Each live group session is around 90 minutes, and your 1:1 session is also 90 minutes. Beyond that, it's up to you. Most women spend just 15–20 minutes a few times a week with their personal practices and journal prompts.
This is a gentle, supportive space. If you feel it's not the right fit, just let me know. You won't be judged, and you'll still have gained simple practices you can carry forward.

My personal journey from feeling lost on autopilot to feeling grounded, present, and at home in myself again.
Before
I remember the days when I was moving through life on autopilot - busy, responsible, and always doing what was expected. From the outside, everything looked fine, but inside, I felt lost in my own life. I knew something needed to change, but I had no idea what or how to make a difference. That feeling of restlessness stayed with me, quietly urging me to find another way.
During
When I finally gave myself permission to pause and began exploring small, simple practices, things started to shift. At first it felt unfamiliar, even uncomfortable, but gradually I began noticing small moments of calm, glimpses of joy, and a softer way of relating to myself.
